The international students of the University of Nyíregyháza participated in this year's szakMAfeszt event again, which was jointly organised by the Municipality of Nyíregyháza, the Government Office and the leading economic actors in the field of vocational training and employment in the region.

At the orientation days organised at the University of Nyíregyháza, students received information on enrolment, using the Neptun system (registration, course enrolment, exam registration, finances) and general study matters.
They also received information about the university, the mentoring programme and a tour of the campus, where they were introduced to the main departments and sports facilities on campus.

The Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship programme was established by the Hungarian Government to promote the internationalisation of Hungarian higher education and to attract excellent foreign students from all over the world, who can develop personal and professional ties with Hungary while receiving a high quality education in the heart of Europe. The Stipendium Hungaricum Mentor Network mentors are responsible for the peer support and integration of foreign students coming to Hungary with the Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship programme.

Portuguese Language Day event at the University of Nyíregyháza
