SHORT DESCRIPTION
The aim of the training is to train andragogues who gained possession of suitable knowledge of social science so thus they are able to develop differentiated conditions for adult education and training. An Andragogy MA (Master of Arts) is a graduate-level degree focused on the theory, organisation, and management of adult education and professional development. It prepares students to organise, implement, and evaluate learning programs tailored specifically for adults in corporate, academic, community, and government settings. They know the most disadvantaged groups and know the problems of social integration of these groups. The andragogues are able to introduce new tools and methods in adult education, to improve educational institutions and they have the ability to promote physical and virtual access to learning opportunities of adults. They are prepared to continue their education as PhD students.

- Instructional Design: Learning how to create effective curriculum, e-learning courses, and training modules for diverse adult audiences.

- Program Evaluation: Developing skills to measure the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of training initiatives.

ADMISSION
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Entrance exam
- BA degree at community coordinator, adult educator, cultural organizer, personnel organizer, employment counsellor, folk culture specialist, public culture specialist, pedagogy, psychology; human resources; sociology, political science, computer librarian, cultural anthropology, education and teaching
- Proof of Language proficiency - upper intermediate level / CEFR B2 level or higher
(Having a language certificate is not a compulsory requirement. English communication skills can be proved on the online interview during the application procedure.)
- Those basic and master's courses, which are accepted by the credit transfer committee of the higher education institution based on the comparison of the knowledge that serves as the basis for determining the credit.
According to previous studies, the minimum number of credits required for entry into the master's program is 30 credits from fields of knowledge relevant to adult education training, as follows:
credits from pedagogy;
credits from adult education, andragogy;
credits from: psychology;
credits from communication science,
credits from library studies;
credits from any social science: sociology, philosophy, ethics, anthropology etc.
The condition for admission to the master's program is that the student has at least 15 credits based on his previous studies. The missing credits must be acquired in accordance with the study and examination regulations of the higher education institution.

DESCRIPTION OF THE SELECTION AND THE ENTRANCE EXAMINATION PROCESS
THE ADMISSION PROCEDURE CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING PARTS:
• online interview (20-25 minutes)
• evaluation of application documents
The application procedure is based on an evaluation system of 100 points (50 points are given for motivation and educational background, and the other 50 points for language proficiency and intercultural preparedness according to the online interview). Following the formal check-up of the application documents, the staff of the institute will organize the oral entrance examination.
