On 31 May this year, the Nyíregyháza Zoo - Sóstó ZOO made a special offer to the residents of our city, offering discounted tickets to see the Zoo.
Organised by the International Relations Office, our international students visited the Nyíregyháza Zoo, located in a 30-hectare oak forest. They had the chance to experience a real trip around the world, as 5,000 individuals of 500 species live here in enclosures close to their natural habitat. Wherever possible, instead of bars, only a dry moat or water moat separates guests from the animals. The enthusiastic small group was joined by Erasmus+ scholarship students, who also visited the new attraction, the Ice World, which is located in the section dedicated to animals from the Arctic Circle.
